Answer: Yes, Tea/Coffee, Lunch and evening snacks included in the fee

Answer: No, accommodation is not included and should be booked separately.

Answer: Yes, for groups of 5 or more a discount of 10% is offered.
Question: What is the refund policy?
Answer: The registration fee is non-refundable.
Question: Can I pay by bank transfer?
Answer: Yes, at the end of the registration process, please choose pay by bank transfer and follow the transfer instructions.
Question: What is the dress code?
Answer: The dress code is business casual.
Question: Is there a cloakroom?
Answer: Yes, a cloakroom is available free of charge. Please note large suitcases are not permitted.

Answer: No, Wifi is not available

Answer: Limited parking available at the venue. We advice you to go green and use public transport instead.
