Indian star All Rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled of remaining Asia Cup fixtures due to knee Injury. BCCI announced on Friday that Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled of Asia cup and Axar Patel has been named Replacement.

Ravindra Jadeja picked up the similar knee injury that ruled him out of Westindies tour. Axar Patel who is also a left handed Batsman and a Similar bowler to Jadeja has been included in the Squad. Previously Axar Patel has played the similar role as Jadeja a number of times. Axar Patel was already with the squad as a Stand-by Player and now has been included in the main squad.
Ravindra Jadeja is a key Player for Team India. He has played crucial role in both of India’s Matches against Pakistan & Hongkong. Team india will play their next match on 4th September against the winner of Hongkong vs Pakistan. Team India has already reached into the Super 4 stage of Asia Cup.
